The Verano Deckchair is a handmade, FSC-certified piece. Handcrafted in the UK by Southsea Deckchairs and featuring a durable outdoor textilene material in solid black, the Verano Deckchair can be used at outdoor events for lounge areas, festivals or activations . The wooden frame is made from a durable hardwood, finished with teak oil, it’s a modern take on a traditional British seaside seat.

Established in 1991 by Stephen Davies, a former Southsea beach deckchair attendant in the 80’s, he and his wife Roma have created a company that supplies most of the resorts in the UK, many in Spain, France and Norway, and prestigious clients like Henley Regatta, The National Trust and Glyndebourne. Stephen and Roma have worked to produce a range of beautifully styled designs from traditional icons of the seaside, every shape and detail maintaining the continuity of style that is the Southsea brand.
